Why use Phoenix Business Solutions for Business Coaching? I am going to try to make this extremely long story as short as possible. In College my first degree I studied was Electronic Engineering, I achieved my bachelors. During college, I was really trying to build up my resume, so I interned with a Business Developing Agency while working full time for an engineering company that built circuit boards. I may get a bit more into the business developing story later, however, there I learned that sometimes failure comes with in the business rather than not having the sales or money come in. Like not having a process, organization, files or any information needed. I saw the high struggles that business owners had. So, I decided to change careers before it really began.
See, I started my business, well officially in 2014. I actually started in about 2009 or so. When I officially started my business, it boomed. No press release, nothing, just made the business official by registering to the state. It did not boom in the way of getting more clients but in more success and more wealth. Meaning that I made more money, more time, and more happiness. Which I was waiting for and working really hard to achieve. I had more direction. I was able to go to the next level. My second degree, I graduated college with a major in Business Developing and a minor in entrepreneurship. Which has an amazing power, feel to it and bragging rights.
While finishing my degree I interned at a business developing agency. Their focus was sales and all business coming in from the outside. Working there is where I learned most of what I know. I studied varies subjects while interning with the agency. From how to grow sales and marketing to business operations. I studied different business tactics with most of the clients. I saw the organization and the process of most companies and how they were just not the way they were supposed to be to function correctly. Amazed with how many businesses were still open with no functionality.
By the time I finished my degree, I was ready to run with the wind and help business get right. However, I too needed my own developing. I did not believe in what I was doing and what I wanted to do, I was lost with an idea but not the path. I honestly felt like I had no idea what I was going to do and how to get there. As if everything I was doing I was learning for the first time and that my education meant nothing. Like I was re-inventing the wheel, sort of speak.
When I officially started my business, I started to go backwards but in a really good way. Confusing, I know! I needed to learn what I really wanted to do and the path that I needed to take. Not to be in business for money, clients or to say that I was business developing. Which all meant that once I had the right direction I would need to get the right training, education, mentors. Where and how do I even start with that?
